At ECOVA Cleaning Services, we understand that life happens and plans may change. In order to better serve all of our clients, we ask that you please review our cancellation policy:
- 48 Hours or More Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, there will be a $50 cancellation fee.
- 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge for the full amount of the cleaning service.
- Rescheduling Within the Same Week: If you need to reschedule your cleaning within the same week, no additional charges will apply.
By booking a cleaning with ECOVA Cleaning Services, you are consenting to this cancellation policy.
